The best Vegan, Gluten Free Blueberry smoothie!

Hi! I've been trying to work out the best time that I like to practice asana.. I think it is the mornings when the air feels clearer and I have more energy. But here is the thing. I have no willpower when it comes to hitting that snooze button! Then when I do crawl out of bed I am so hungry I don't feel like doing much else except head to the kitchen, not my yoga mat. This is where this healthy breakfast comes in... It goes down very easily and is packed full of goodness. If this sounds like something you want to try please read on.  Ingredients (serves one or two small glasses) 1 banana 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries 1 teaspoon of hemp protein powder 1 teaspoon of nut butter 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or agave syrup Vanilla Almond Milk (fill up your blender until the milk just about covers the ingredients  That is it!
