Yoga Online VS Offline

There is so much free yoga out there for you to try, having tried online classes and face to face ones I can honestly say there are pros and cons to each.

Pros of online -

You can mess around and not feel embarrased
Good for starting out
You can try many styles
Go at your own pace
Free!

Pros of offline

A group environment can really help you push further
A professional teacher can make sure you are doing the postures correctly
Hot yoga especially cannot be achieved at home, even if you have a great heater!
You have a separate space from your home to do exercise, which can be good mentally
You can ask questions and make friends

Yoga With Adrienne is a Youtube Channel I would highly recommend! I'm currently trying the 30 day HOME series and it is brilliant, sometimes I do two classes a day (Sorry Adrienne!) as the classes are mostly under half an hour each. She also features her dog Benjy in the videos which is always an adorable bonus!
